Zentalis Pharma falls as FDA puts cancer therapy trials on hold

** Shares of Zentalis Pharmaceuticals  ZNTL.O  fall 27.4% to
$6.09 premarket 
    ** Co says U.S. Food and Drug Administration has put a
partial clinical hold on three studies evaluating its cancer
drug azenosertib
    ** ZNTL is testing the drug in an early-stage study for
solid tumors and two other mid-stage trials for a type of
ovarian cancer and a form of endometrial cancer 
    ** FDA's partial clinical hold follows two deaths in the
ovarian cancer trial from an improper response to infection
called presumed sepsis 
    ** ZNTL said it plans to resolve the hold "as quickly as
possible" 
    ** As of last close, ZNTL down ~45% YTD
