** Shares of cannabis products maker Flora Growth Corp
 FLGC.O  rise 5.2% to 53 cents
    ** Q3 revenue jumps over five-fold to $10.8 mln, driven by
its units, CBD products maker JustCBD and vape pen maker Vessel
    ** Gross profit and margins also rise
    ** Co reaffirms FY revenue forecast of $35 mln-$45 mln
    ** Stock had fallen 72% YTD up to last close
