** Shares of pot producer Flora Growth  FLGC.O  rise as much
as 3.03% to $1.02 premarket
    ** Co says its unit, JustCBD, will launch its CBD products

    ** JustCBD's product line is expected to launch in June and
will include its best-selling gummies and tinctures - FLGC
    ** "The launch on Amazon UK allows Flora to reach a larger
