Systems India Ltd  ZFCV.NS  are down around 6% to 16,228 rupees
    ** More than 1.4 mln shares traded in 6 separate block deals
in price range of 15,900 rupees to 16,408.45 rupees, vs previous
close of 17,277.15 rupees - LSEG data    
    ** ZFCV's top shareholder, Wabco Asia, sold 7.5% stake in co
    ** Overall, 1.6 mln shares traded in stock's busiest day on
record vs 30-day avg volume of 18,000 shares
    ** ZFCV stock fell as much as 11% earlier in the session
    ** Stock trims YTD gains to about 2%
