    * Offeror as purchaser entered into SPA with National Honour 
as vendor and Yu and Wong as guarantors 
    * Offeror agreed to acquire and National Honour agreed to 
sell 1.08 billion shares, representing 75% equity interest in 
company 
    * Deal for a consideration of HK$270 million 
    * Offer price is HK$0.25 per offer share under share offer 
    * Application has been for resumption of trading with effect 
from 9:00 a.m. on 12 May 2017 
    * Offeror is United Financial Holdings Group
