Oct 5 (Reuters) - China Jinjiang Environment Holding Co Ltd 
 CJEH.SI  
    * Unit entered conditional sale and purchase agreement with 
Hangzhou Jinjiang Group 
    * Agreement with Hangzhou Jinjiang for acquisition by unit 
of entire equity interest in Zhejiang Zhuji Bafang Thermal Power 
    * Wenling green new energy acquisition for total 
consideration of rmb135 million 
    * Agreement with Hangzhou Jinjiang group for a total 
consideration of rmb304.5 million 
    * Unit also entered conditional SPA with Jinjiang Group for 
acquisition  of entire equity interest in Wenling Green New 
Energy 
    * Deals will be fully funded from net proceeds of offering 
and cornerstone tranche
