Director/PDMR Shareholidng
The Company announces that, together with all eligible employees of the
Company's group, Martin Ward, Chief Executive Officer and Philip Vincent,
Chief Finance Officer have each been awarded 154 ordinary shares of £0.50 in
the Company under the Company's Share Incentive Plan. The shares were
appropriated to the Executive Directors with effect from 2 October 2023 and
will be held on behalf of the Executive Directors for at least three years
under the terms of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
