This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse
Regulation ('MAR').

The Company announces that the nil cost award of options over ordinary shares
of £0.50 pence each in the Company made to the below PDMR on 9 August
2021 under the Company's 2019 Executive Performance Share Plan ("Awards")
vested on 9 August 2024.

On 27 August 2024, the PDMR exercised the following Award and sold the
following ordinary shares.
