** Zip ZIP.AX soars as much as 25.3% to A$3.910, highest since January 13, 2022

** Stock top gainer on ASX 200 benchmark index .AXJO

** Buy now, pay later co posts 147% y/y surge in FY cash EBTDA of A$170.3 mln ($109.4 mln), above its forecast of at least A$160 mln

** FY total transaction volume (TTV) rises 30.3%, net bad debt as a percent of TTV falls to 1.5%

** Co considering dual listing on Nasdaq, while maintaining primary ASX listing

** YTD, ZIP gains more than 30%
