    - Australian buy-now-pay-later operator Zip is in talks with
Apple  AAPL.O  about integrating its installment-payments
product in the U.S., and expects to announce partnerships with
more large U.S. merchants in its current fiscal quarter.

    -  Damola Adamolekun, former CEO of P.F. Chang's, will take
the helm at Red Lobster after a court approval of the restaurant
chain's bankruptcy plan.

    - Edgar Bronfman Jr. has walked away from bidding for Shari

    - Meta Platforms  META.O  Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg
said it was improper for the Biden administration to have
pressured Facebook to censor content in 2021 related to the
coronavirus pandemic, vowing that the social-media giant would
reject any such future efforts.
