Director's Dealing

 

ZOO Digital Group plc (AIM: ZOO), a leading provider of end-to-end cloud-based
localisation and media services to the global entertainment industry, was
informed on 28 September 2023 that on 28 September 2023 Stuart Green, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, Stuart Green holds 11,583,972 Ordinary
Shares, representing 11.8% in the issued share capital of the Company.
