Director's Dealing

 

ZOO Digital Group plc (AIM: ZOO), a leading provider of end-to-end cloud-based
localisation and media services to the global entertainment industry, was
informed on 26 March 2024 that on 26 March 2024 Dr. Stuart Green, CEO,
acquired 171,500 shares at a price of 29.00 pence per ordinary share.

 

Following the above transaction, Dr. Stuart Green holds 11,755,472 Ordinary
Shares, representing 12.01% in the issued share capital of the Company.
