** ZM raises FY2026 revenue forecast to be between $4.85 billion and $4.86 billion from earlier projection of between $4.83 billion and $4.84 billion

** Sees annual adj. EPS between $5.95 and $5.97 vs $5.81 and $5.84 earlier

** ZM reports Q3 revenue of $1.23 billion, beating estimates of $1.21 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Posts adj. EPS of $1.52 in Q3 vs estimates of $1.44
