** On Tuesday, co reported Q4 adj profit of 26 cents/share, above analysts' est of 22 cents/share - LSEG

** Co posted Q4 sales of $309.1 mln, above analysts' est of $297.6 mln

** Co forecast 2025 sales between $1.19 bln and $1.21 bln; analysts on avg expect annual sales to be $1.18 bln

** Co forecast 2025 profit between 95 cents/share and 97 cents/share; analysts on avg expect annual profit to be 89 cents/share

** ZI fell ~41% in 2024
