Statement Re Conclusion of Apppointed Representative Arrangement

 

 

Zoyo Limited announces that it has, by mutual agreement, concluded its Appointed Representative arrangement, originally entered into on 8 March 2022, as part of a strategic move to pursue its own direct authorisations. This change reflects the Company's confidence in its growth plans and its commitment to establishing a fully regulated platform under its own licence.

 

The decision has no impact on Zoyo's existing white-label agreements, which remain in place and continue to underpin the Company's business-to-business offering. By bringing the arrangement to a close, the Company will also achieve cost savings, which will be redeployed to accelerate the launch of its core platform operations.
