India's Zuari Agro Chemicals rises after land parcel sale

** Shares of Zuari Agro Chemicals  ZUAR.NS  up 4.6% 
    ** Stock rose as much as 6.8% to hit the day's high of 236.9
rupees earlier in the session
    ** The fertiliser maker said it has completed the sale of
land parcels located in the western state of Goa, to Zuari
Infinity for 799.3 mln rupees ($9.6 mln)
    ** Stock has been trading above its 50-day, 100-day and
200-day moving avg since last Nov. 
    ** Stock poised to break three-month gaining streak, if
trend holds
    ** Including session gains, ZUAR is up 22.8%, bigger than
the 15.3% rise in 2023
