UK's Beazley agrees to $11 billion Zurich Insurance takeover deal

March 2 (Reuters) - UK specialty insurer Beazley BEZG.L has agreed to the terms of an 8.1 billion pound ($10.85 billion) takeover proposal from Zurich Insurance Group, the companies said on Monday, ahead of the March 4 deadline.
