Looking at Chemring (LON:CHG), there hasn’t been any discussion since 2013 that I could see. Just wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts on it. I bought last month as its StockReport looked ok on quality and momentum. Any comments on Chemring, or Defense in general?
I owned shares through a stockbroker for thirty years but from 2023 it's all in my ISA under my control.
I have a small starter position in Chemring (LON:CHG) but I find the share price can be really rather erratic and this dissuades me from adding to it. It looks like it has established good support at 285ish now but with a resistance at 319ish which it has failed to break (the AGM might help). Trading is good... though maybe the rating is fair at present, with what seems to be net selling at the moment in volume terms.

I hold as in 2010 they acquired Siemens’ UK defence electronics unit called Roke Manor Research - specialists in artificial intelligence, the protection of networked systems, data analysis and connectivity - cyber security.
In 2021 maybe Blue Sky / Cake Tomorrow but fast forward to 2022 and spiked up today and becomes a 'high flyer'.
