Highlights from my portfolio:

Avanti Communications Group Plc (LON:AVN) launched HYLAS 1 on Friday and David Williams mentioned at £25 price target in his launch speech. Why did he do that? I think to set a minimum buy price for anyone thinking of buying them. Nice.

Carclo (LON:CAR) heaved up. Was it because it was mentioned in the FT over the weekend. No idea but the price increase certainly contributed to one of my best ever days.

Elektron (LON:EKT) rises. Nice chart.

£GCL was up strongly. I guess it's just closing the discount to NAV. Nice when a plan comes together.

Kryso Resources (LON:KYS) went up a bit. It's just marking time, waiting for news. I can do patient when I have to.

National Grid (LON:NG.) tests my resolve but I continue to hold for now.

£RSAB got sold. Yields are rising, which means bond prices are falling. Time to smile, sell and wait to buy back cheaper.

£RB51 went same way as RSAB and SANB last week. Pays 5% coupon but I fear the coupon will not make up for the fall in price. Sold for a small but perfectly formed...er....loss.

Vatukoula Gold Mines (LON:VGM) rose nicely. There's a great video and presentation on the website. Anyone who wonders why I'm excited might go have a look and listen.

Weatherly International (LON:WTI) went whoosh. I think the market is slowly understanding that this could be a world-class copper play. 2011 is pivotal. I'm not in love but I am pretty excited.

Gold continues to honour the h&s I think is forming.
