John Conoley, Executive Chairman updates us on FireAngel's progression on strategic priorities and gives an overview of the FY results with a stronger performance in H2. We discuss the £9m placing and open offer and how they are going to use the funds. The priorities are to return to profitability, become cash generative, which will be achieved with the gross margin improvement plan and the rollout of the connected homes technology, whilst maintaining the leading position in the retail markets and growing the UK and EU trade business.
