Dear All,
I would like to call on anyone who was a shareholder in Galasys (GLS) before they delisted in 2016. Shareholders have heard very little from this company since it delisted but i found out a listed Chinese company called Shiji Group purchased a majority share as of August 2017. My broker still hasn't been informed of any corporate action and after some investigation im starting to think there might be something a bit off.
It would be great to hear from anyone who might be in the same boat.
Also, if anyone has any advice on the matter that would also be great.

Hi James.
Not a shareholder but had a quick scout around on the internet. As you suggest, it does look pretty fishy. A bit of a long shot, but one of the few names associated with the company in the UK is their adviser at the time of the delisting announcement, Newgate Communications. If you’ve drawn a blank with your broker you could try contacting the contact reference given there:- mailto:adam.lloyd@newgatecomms.com. He’s still on their contact list as a partner so presumably still there. Good luck.
