I wonder if we've missed the boat on commercial property. I started looking at the sector at the end of last year and by February this year the yields had me feeling very greedy - I've just written an article at http://www.stockopedia.com/article/view/31815/commercial-property-have-you-missed-the-boat and although the sector still looks quite reasonably valued, I'm wondering whether we have had the best out of it?
Mind you, the yields are still comfortably ahead of anything you can get in the bank.
Does anyone have any favourites among the smaller cap property companies?
