Away from AIM I am a shareholder in three big banks: Barclays (LON:BARC), Royal Bank of Scotland (LON:RBS) and Standard Chartered (LON:STAN).
Interesting point: Barclays (LON:BARC) and Royal Bank of Scotland (LON:RBS) have been outperforming the market in the last three months.
My point is, that for those that are not invested in the sector, this might be a good opportunity to take another look. Sentiment feels stronger than it has done in years.
