New Member all help appreciated
Hi Guys,
new member this week, please send me any pointer on how to get the best from Stockopedia.
I'm fascinated by the QVM folio (NAPS replacement) , can you point me in the direction of the screen used ?
also
I would love to here how you have adapted this screen for a slightly more active approach and of coarse if it has paid off :-)
Happy to be here
cheers
phil

Hi Phil welcome
this is useful as it links to all their video webinars on YouTube playlisted . There’s some absolutely diamond learning material here!
https://m.youtube.com/@Stockopedia/playlists/ <— this link was made on an iPad so no guarantees it’ll work
you found a fantastic corner of the investing community. Enjoy
Welcome Phil.
This is the screen I use, after reading Ed's NAPS articles.
Then two shares from each of the ten sectors, except for telecoms, which always has just one. The other share is the highest ranked share from any of the other sectors.
Inspired by the launch of the QVM version at the start of this year, I am experimenting with a couple of selling rules (if StockRank falls below 70, or if there is a profit warning). It's too early to say how that's going.
thanks buddy, its really interesting, im very new so some distance away from taking control of my sipp, but i can see the potential. keep me updated on your findings.
cheers

Welcome!
Hello Phil - welcome to Stockopedia!
Whilst we don't have a dedicated screen for the NAPs, a good starting point would be to read through some of the NAPs articles that have been written over the years, which you can find in a filtered list here:

have you checked this thread ?- better to ask the same question there i think

Hi Phillip
Welcome to Stocko. To get the best from it, start at the start - click the 'LEARN' icon on the left side toolbar to open a vast library of resources.
Re the NAPS - just clicking on any NAPS related article, and you will find links to the original studies, and every post relating to it. The details such as screen used will be in the original articles.
To keep up to date with current members thoughts, the big three discussion post forums are the Daily Stock Market Report, Investment Trust - Thoughts, and Trade/Chart ideas.
Hi Philip, you will often not get too much response from an individual post. There are a some good ongoing discussion boards especially trade/chart ideas originated by Wolf Of Small Street. Some knowledge people on there to follow sone potential ideas. Amongst other ideas I do follow NAPS, but have adapted with a rising trend. So far so good, but pretty much everything is up, so perhaps not my own skills at work.
