As you may have seen, the Stockopedia Stock Picking Challenge 2021 has now launched. This is a great event that generates the most brilliant set of community picked, conviction stock ideas. It's only by entering the competition that you will gain access to the top picks of the community after New Year - so please do submit your top five picks here

Last year's challenge drew 2,153 entrants and we've already got more than 1150 within the first 24 hours of launching the 2021 challenge. If you want to review the 2020 Leaderboard you can find it here.

I thought I'd go over the some of the key insights from 2020 and how to navigate the microsite for 2021 so have put together some slides and a video below.

Please note....

  • Firstly, yes we're aware the link to the challenge isn't in the main website and it's hard to find. It's very easy to point that out - so I won't be replying to posts that do. We will figure out how to embed the challenge, or competitions more generally, into the core fabric of the site in future.
  • Secondly, I believe I may have picked up Covid-19 in time for Xmas - so I do apologise if I'm a little subdued in the presentation or slow in my responses.

PS - Remember to submit your top five picks here.

PPS :if you want access to Monday's version of the above slides - they are on SlideShare.
