Tribal (LON:TRB) are a leading provider of software and services to the international education market. Here, CEO, Mark Pickett and CFO, Diane McIntyre present full year results for the period ended 31 December 2021. Group revenue increased 11% to £81.1m. Adjusted EBITDA increased 9% to £16.6m. Statutory Profit before tax for the year increased to £8.6m. Strong operational cash conversion of 104%. Net cash of £5.9m. The Board are proposing an 8% increase in dividend. Going forward the Group has traded in line with Board expectations since the start of the new financial year and is seeing continued positive sales momentum. While cognisant of inflationary cost pressures, they are confident in delivering results for 2022 in line with current expectations
