VPC Specialty Lending Investments (LON:VSL) today advised that they are looking into an orderly winding down of the company in order to close the gap between the NAV and the share price (current discount approx. 16.8%). I was logged into my account early this morning to watch for any sudden movements in the share price (up to +7% but now around +3% at noon). Does anybody have any opinions regarding this? Is it to be seen as a good /bad thing, or is it normal for this kind of stock?
Just to add my holdings are very much positive at the moment and the dividend seems healthy ( with adequate coverage).
