One thing that so many of our subscribers enjoy is our online support. Unlike most websites, if you raise a ticket using the green feedback button, we aim to respond in detail within hours or even minutes. What subscribers tend to be surprised by is that it's often myself or Dave who answer queries. The point is that we want to build the product that you want to use - so we are all ears. Obviously as we grow we can't do this forever, so we do implore everyone to get in touch now and help us build the best investment site in the world.
GuruModel Qualification Dates
Speaking of which, here's a nifty new feature we've just released that has been mostly driven by subscriber feedback. Over the last year, a lot of people have asked us to publish the date that a given share qualified for our Guru Screens. Originally I was pretty resistant to this, mostly for technical reasons. However, our CTO recently came up with a crafty solution and we found a design that would work.
So, as of this week, on all Guru Screen tables (like this one), you'll find a 'Last Qualified' column with a timestamp. If you click this timestamp, you get a wonderful popup chart which shows a visual history of when a stock has entered and exited a screen.
I have to admit that this is a feature that I just can't stop clicking - you can use the sortable column to find the freshest candidate stocks or use the popups to better understand the entry and exit points.
