Growth rather then value simply because I find it hard to differentiate between hidden value and stagnant stocks. I aim to pick stocks I can hold for the long term, but try not to hesitate in selling if I have doubts; my experience to date suggests that a few losers can have a serious adverse impact on portfolio performance so a key part of my strategy is "no turkeys",
