Investment strategy

I'm generally risk averse and I think a value based investing style would suit my temperament, but I'm prone to overpay for good stocks. I like smaller companies with understandable business models and good fundamentals. As Brexit has demonstrated, I'm poor at judging macro factors, business cycles and managing my exposure to cyclicals and defensives. Analysis of my trade decisions also shows extensive over-trading in H1 2016.
