Biography

I am an enterprenuer who specialises in designing, creating and launching new start up businesses. Most of the businesses I establish are digital-online service businesses in the B2C space. I am also Founder and Director of Remis, which is a consulting firm specialising in Customer Experience Strategy, Contact Centre Transformation, Customer Experience Technologies and Outsourcing Strategy disciplines.  Aside from my professional work, I am an avid investor and use my company (Remis) to build a wealth fund to support the Balance Sheet.
