H was born in London. He is the author of Missed Opportunities (2018 a novel), I’m Frank Johnson (2020 a novel), newspaper articles and many short stories. He has worked as an industrial engineer, a consultant to many companies, some based in ex-Soviet countries. He has served as a director of a few companies and is the co-founder of an international software company. He lived in Zambia and South Africa for many years and now resides in Oxford with his wife, a retired lecturer. They have two sons.

I seek a balance of dividend yield and increased share price. All with the minimum of attention (risky). Therefore I'm conservative in my choice of stocks and unlike Ed, I'm prepared to see the occasional red on my stock list.
