Biography
Chris Spencer-Phillips is MD of First Flight Non-Executive Directors Ltd which he established in 2004 - www.FirstFlightNonExec.com - we are an innovative and effective specialist provider of Chairs and Non Execs to FTSE, AIM, Mutuals, Friendly Societies, Investment Trusts, charities and growth companies. We are a partner of the London Stock Exchange on their issuer platform, the only Search frim the LSE partners with. We have completed over 250 successful Chair and Non Exec projects and we take around 100 hours on each project to ensure that not any Non Exec but the right Non Execs are appointed. Chris is also a Non Exec at ShareSoc, the UK individual shareholder organisation who run regular AIM company seminars.
