Algo Investor

Experimenting with the use of algorithms (algos) to make automated buying decisions on UK and USA stock markets. Studying how sentiment and fundamentals can also be used to improve / increase the accuracy of predictions (thus the reason I’m a Stockopedia subscriber). This approach is controversial amongst "pure play" algo fans who say algos should only use mathematics, statistics and trends (i.e. raw data) and shouldn’t need to use or rely on other factors such as current news, events and sentiment aka “Reality”.
