The QM Rank provides a simple but effective system for finding good, improving (quality+momentum) shares. It is an equally weighted combination of Stockopedia's QualityRank and MomentumRank. These two basic ranks are computed for every company in the market on a daily basis, summed and then re-ranked as a percentile from 0 (worst) to 100 (best).
The QM is favoured by investors who seek out the leading stocks in the market - which we call “High Flyers”.
High QM shares are often expensive.
They have historically beaten the market considerably, though when momentum turns they can correct quite sharply.
