* Says its unit 3-D Matrix Europe SAS. and DEMEDIC S.A, have
entered into a partnership agreement for sales and marketing of
our absorbable local hemostat "PuraStat®" in Argentina on May 10
* In this agreement, unit will grant a non-exclusive sales
and
marketing license to Demedic in Argentina
