premarket 
    ** Co receives U.S. FDA clearance for its 3D-printed cranial
implant, used when a large amount of skull bone needs to be
replaced 
     ** Co says making implants using 3D printing technology can
lead to significant cost savings 
    ** Adds it has used the implant in nearly 40 successful
surgical procedures in Switzerland, Austria and Israel 
    ** Up to last close, stock mostly flat YTD
