U.S. stock index futures rose marginally on Wednesday as investors strengthened
bets on an earlier start to the Federal Reserve's rate cuts this year than
previously expected, after a slew of economic data pointed to slowing economic
growth.  .N 
    
    At 7:48 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.16% at 38,849. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.31% at 5,320.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.56%
at 18,806.5.
