On 2 September 2014, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 1 September 2014 Alan Giddins, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 9,847 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the vesting of a share award and sold 4,645 of these shares at 392.05p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
Also on 2 September 2014, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 1 September 2014 Menno Antal, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 9,847 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the vesting of a share award and sold 5,139 of these shares at 392.05p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
