3i Group plc announces that on 4 December 2014 Menno Antal, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, exercised a phantom share option over 23,586 notional ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") at a notional exercise price of 419.64p per Share.
Note: a phantom share option does not involve the acquisition or disposal of any shares but is intended to replicate the financial effects of a share option.
