On 9 March 2015, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 9 March 2015 Ben Loomes, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 58,334 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the exercise of a share award and sold 27,507 of these shares at 490.2p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
