On 30 September 2016, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 30 September 2016 Simon Borrows, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 300,529 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award.
Also on 30 September 2016, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 30 September 2016 Julia Wilson, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 136,604 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409)in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award and sold 64,381 of these shares at 639.04p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
