On 12 June 2017, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 12 June 2017 Simon Borrows, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 150,264 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award.
Also on 12 June 2017, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 12 June 2017 Julia Wilson, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 68,302 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409)in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award and sold 32,178 of these shares at 928.0p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
