On 26 July 2017, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 26 July 2017 Simon Borrows, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 253,642 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award.
Also on 26 July 2017, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 26 July 2017 Julia Wilson, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 115,292 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409)in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award and sold 54,307 of these shares at 928.327p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
