On 28 July 2017, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 27 July 2017 Alan Giddins, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 71,264 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the vesting of a share award and sold these shares on 28 July 2017 at 931.6269p per share.
Also on 28 July 2017, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 27 July 2017 Menno Antal, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 71,264 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the vesting of a share award and sold these shares on 28 July 2017 at 931.6269p per share.
The place of the above transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
