On 23 March 2023 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities,
purchased 1,237 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the
Company at a price of £16.005 per Share; and

 

On 23 March 2023 Donna Stringer, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to Kevin
Dunn, purchased 1,237 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409)
in the Company at a price of £16.005 per Share.

 

The place of the transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
