GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £20.73751 per Share; and

 

On 9 November 2023 Donna Stringer, a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to
Kevin Dunn, purchased 955 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN:
GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £20.73751 per Share.
