3i Group plc: non-executive Director changes
Peter Grosch
3i Group plc announces the appointment of Peter Grosch as a non-executive Director. He will join 3i's Board with effect from 1 November 2015.
Peter, who is based in Germany, has a background in automotive and mechanical engineering with extensive general management and non-executive experience in numerous roles both in large corporates as well as in a number of successful private equity backed companies. 
He is currently director or supervisory board member of a number of private and public companies including GEA HXS (chairman), Faster SPA (director) SLM Solutions AG (deputy chairman) and Fokker Technologies (supervisory board member) as well as being chairman of Euro-diesel, a 3i investee company. He was previously chairman of 3i-backed MWM Holding. 
Simon Thompson, 3i Chairman, said: "We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Peter to 3i's Board. He brings a wide range of experience relevant to our strategy for growing the business in our core geographies. I very much look forward to working with him."

Alistair Cox
3i Group plc announces that Alistair Cox has indicated he will retire from the 3i Group plc Board at the close of business on 10 November 2015, having served on the Board for 6 years.
Simon Thompson said: "I would like to thank Alistair for his valuable contribution to 3i, and wish him every success for the future".
