3i Group plc: Directorate change

 

Caroline Banszky

As announced in the announcement of the results of 3i Group plc for the year
to 31 March 2023 issued on 11 May 2023, Caroline Banszky, non-executive
Director of the Company, did not seek re-election as a Director at the
Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2023.  Accordingly she
ceased to be a Director of the Company at the end of the Annual General
Meeting on 29 June 2023.
