3i Group plc: Special business passed at 2014 AGM 
 
3i Group plc (the "Company") announces that resolutions 1 to 19 contained in
the Notice of AGM dated 19 May 2014 were passed at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held today, 17 July 2014.  These included resolutions 14 to
19, inclusive, which constituted special business. 
 
A copy of the full text of the resolutions constituting special business has
been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available
for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
